About the group
Established in 1997, Al-Dallah Group has maintained steady growth and diversified expansion across manufacturing, transport, trade, energy, drilling and oil well services. Through that growth, across its subsidiaries, joint ventures and partnerships, the group has become able to deliver the most complex and demanding projects in Iraq and the Middle East and North Africa.
The group's work rests on firm leadership, an experienced management team and qualified, dedicated people, and it continues to carry out its plans to serve the markets of Iraq and the region with industrial projects, goods and services.
The group's business volume has reached US$1.4 billion, and the capacity of its industrial operations and resources exceeds US$1.5 billion.
The group now includes Platform Information Technology and Smart Cloud Group, which have added information technology services, international management-system certification, inspection and training to its work.

Al-Dallah Group is established.
- 1999
Dallah Al-Jazeera for General Transport is founded in Baghdad.
- 2003
Dallah Al-Ashair for Security Services and Guarding Ltd is founded.
- 2007
Global Dallah for Energy and Golden Dallah for Construction are founded in Baghdad.
- 2009
The first fourth-generation drilling rig goes into operation under Global Dallah for Energy.
- 2011
Fair Dealing delivers the Next Generation Network (NGN) project.
- 2016
Smart Cloud Group is founded.
- 2018
Platform Information Technology is founded.
- 2023
Smart Cloud partners with EUROCERT to provide international certification services in Iraq.
